The real estate development in Cikarang PT. Jababeka, Tbk,  was established in 1989 as an Industrial Estate Developer and since 1994 our shares have been registered on the Jakarta and Surabaya Stock Exchange. Jababeka has been successful in setting up a high-class industrial estate which is complete by infra-structure and full integrated facilities. Recently, in Jababeka have more than 1070 tenants from multinational companies such as Unilever, Mattel, Samsung, United Tractors, Nissin Food, ICI, KAO, etc.

A.   Products

Industrial Land. From 5,600 sqm all plots are graded and suitable for all manufacturing facilities.

Standard Factory Building. These unique factories are ideal for medium and light industries. With measure 1,380 sqm up to 3,500 sqm for land and 945 sqm for total floor area and with a mezzanine floor for your office, the aesthetic design project high-tech image to your customers. 3-in-1 Factory Building. Feature maximum utilities of the factory, with 576 sqm for land (standard), 428 sqm for administration office, the rest designed as storage or production area. Supporting Industrial Building. A specially designed factory for home industry, with a total building up area of 160 sqm. Cikarang Industrial Estate is very strategically located 35 km east of Jakarta’s Central Business District via Toll Road, 55 km from Tanjung Priok Harbor and 65 km Soekarno – Hatta International airport via toll road, centrally located among major commercial cities such as Bandung, Karawang, Cirebon, etc.

4.   Cikarang Dry Port. Cikarang Dry Ports offers a one stop service for cargo handling and a logistics solution for international export and import, as well as domestic distribution.  It provides integrated port and logistics services with dozens of logistic and supply chain players, such as exporters, importers, carriers, terminal operators, container freight station, bonded warehouse, transportation, third party logistic (3PL), empty container depot, as well as banks and other supporting facilities. Being the extension gate of Tanjung Priok International Port, document formalities for port clearance and customs clearance will be completed in the Cikarang dry port.  It is like bringing port to the industrial manufacturing region, which serves both as a port of origin and as a port of destination.

Cikarang dry port is part of several programs by the government of Indonesia, among which: Custom Advanced Trade System and Indonesia Blue Print Logistic, which are intended to streamline and increase country competitiveness in term of supply chain and distribution of Goods.

C.   Facilities

  1. Electricity: For Phase III, Electricity Supplied by PT Bekasi Power, Sister Company of PT Kawasan Industri Jababeka. This company also supplies electricity power to nearby industrial estates At present, the capacity of the electricity is 130 MW and will be extended gradually to 200 MW. PT. Bekasi Power ensures a durable power supply for industries in Jababeka.
  2. Water Treatment Plant:  The water is supplied from Jatiluhur Dam, a drinking water resource for Jakarta Metropolitan. Then this water   will be treated   in order to   meet to    the requirement  of standard WHO for industrial water. The capacity for water supply in phase I will be 26.500 m3/day which is expandable to 47.500 m3/day and the capacity for phase II is 14,700 m3/day which is expandable to 31.100 m3/day.
  3. Waste Water Treatment Plant: The capacity   for waste water treatment plant in phase I will be 18.000 m3 /day, is expandable to 42.000 m3/day and 10.800 m3/day for phase II.
  4. Telephone: The capacity for telephone line is 25.000 lines of which approximately 60 % of the above are still available
  5. Natural and Industrial Gases: Natural Gas  is  available   in   our estate supplied by  our neighbor PNG (State Gas Company) Industrial Gases are supplied by a number of industrial gas companies located in our estate.
  6. Others Facilities: These include road, drainage, street lighting, landscaping, 24 hours security, fire hydrant and fire brigade.
  7. Supporting Facilities: a. Residential Complex. Some 30.000 mediums to up-market housing unit are marvelously laid out across the 1.400 hectare stretch of residential area. Comprising various types of residential clusters, the housing units offer a variety of housing needs that will suit the tastes of everyone, from the simple and practical to the grand and exquisite. b. Jababeka Golf  and Country Club. The 72 hectare Jababeka Golf & Country Club is the ideal place for recreational golfing as well as business entertaining. It was designed by the famous golfer Mr. Nick Faldo, three times British open Champion and two times US Masters Champion.  The Golf Course has been operational since January 1996.
